Tracey Chitty (HK)
Tracey is a pathfinder for the far east and a Progress Guide based in Hong Kong. She is a seasoned educator, counsellor, and safeguarding specialist with 25 years of experience in creating secure and nurturing environments school communities. She has extensive knowledge and skills in mental health, child protection, suicide prevention, and wellbeing. As the Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor at the English Schools Foundation (ESF), Tracey oversees complex cases, advises senior leaders and staff, conducts case reviews, and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students. Tracey designs and delivers a wide range of engaging workshops and professional development, and leads the introduction and implementation of PROGRESS across ESF. Equipping all stakeholders in a school community, through Protect, Life and Pearls, collectively schools can become a place of safety, support and healing. Tracey is passionate about working alongside schools to further develop their approaches and understanding of suicide prevention.
