PEARLS - First Aid for the Community

Build Community Resilience through Suicide Prevention ~ We all share this responsibility

PEARLS - Suicide Prevention Program for the Community to Build Awareness

Time to change needs time to talk and train

Get in touch with PROGRESS Guide if you want to organize a community event. The training is free, intuitive, interactive and innovative in its approach. It is based on the PROTECT training but is not clinical and provides essential conversational skills and knowledge about mental health that each member of society should have.

If you are a person who believes you have a part to play (we believe we all do) in suicide prevention and you want to contribute to a resilient society and community, then this hour long training is the perfect program for you.
